Its structure entails statement of patient or the problem been researched on (P), intervention (I), comparison (C) and Outcome (O). Usually, the research and analysis is done over a specific time. I am a psychiatric nurse manager is a hospital that records an average of 146 patients. It has been in operation for quite a period of time hence the society has developed trust on it. I work closely with patients, their families and the community in general in addressing issues that affect their mental conditions. Before I started working in the hospital, I had worked in home health and long-term care of patients.
